Your Churchill, Road X and Dynamo tyres have been produced to the highest standards. We’re so confident that you’ll be delighted with your purchase and that it’ll remain free from faults and defects, we are able to extend the warranty on your tyre purchase.
If your tyre or tyres develop a fault simply visit the dealer from where it was purchased and they will fit a brand-new tyre or tyres, charging only for the tread that you’ve used. In addition, if your tyre or tyres are subject to any form of accidental damage during normal driving use, we’ll cover that too.
This warranty is valid for the life of your tyre until it reaches a tread depth of 2mm.
1) This warranty applies to Churchill, Road X and Dynamo tyres and will be honoured only at an authorised Churchill, Road X and Dynamo tyres dealership for the period of ownership by the original purchaser, or when the tyres reach a tread depth of 2mm, whichever comes sooner.
2) This warranty remains valid, provided there is a minimum tread depth of 2mm or more on the tyre.
3) All claims must be accompanied by the fully completed, original warranty certificate issued at the time of purchase, and the original invoice showing that the tyre had been correctly balanced, and a new valve fitted (where necessary) by an authorised Churchill, Road X and Dynamo tyres dealership.
4) You will be charged only for the tread that you have used at the point of claim, and the warranty contribution must be used against the purchase of a new Churchill, Road X and Dynamo tyres car tyre.
5) The tyre or tyres must have been used for normal road use. Off road use, racing, deliberate or malicious damage will invalidate the warranty. This warranty does not cover tyres used on taxis, cabs or vehicles used for any commercial business.
6) The extended warranty is limited to cars and car derived vans, and expressly excludes vans, pickups and car derived campers.
7) The remaining tread depth of the tyre will be judged from taking an average of three tread depth readings around the centre of the tyre, none of which must be below 2mm.
8) Tyres with a suspected manufacturing fault, or tyres irreparably damaged will be replaced at the rates on the remaining tread depth chart, below.
9) The Lifetime warranty cover applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. This warranty does not cover rapid or uneven wear caused by vehicle defects or failure to maintain the vehicle properly.
10) It is the responsibility of the owner to make sure that tyres are inflated to the correct pressures at all time. Claims may be invalid if the dealer believes that defects have been caused as a result of under or over inflated tyres. The dealer and Bond International reserve the right to invalidate the warranty at their discretion.
11) The warranty is invalid if the tyre is removed or repaired by any other company or individual, other than the original dealer from where it was purchased.
12) The warranty only covers replacement tyres equivalent to, or greater than the OE recommended speed and load index.
13) Refitting, rebalancing and new valves are chargeable.
14) The warranty is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer which remain unaffected.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Kumho Tyres
Kumho tyre products are manufactured to the highest standards using some of the most advanced technologies available and are subjected to the most stringent testing to ensure those standards are maintained.
To guarantee that you get the most out of your Kumho tyres, we offer a Lifetime Warranty on the Kumho tyres you purchase for your car.
This warranty is valid for the life of your tyre until it reaches a tread depth of 3mm.
HOW DO I MAKE A CLAIM?
Should you wish to make a claim, you may do so at the participating Kumho Tyre Retailer from whom the tyres were originally purchased. Your Kumho Tyre Dealer will need to ensure that both your warranty and the nature of your claim is valid. Provided that you produce your original sales invoice and stamped warranty leaflet, then your Kumho Tyre Dealer will be able to calculate your entitled percentage allowance.
HOW IS MY PERCENTAGE ALLOWANCE CALCULATED?
Your Kumho Tyre Dealer will measure the remaining legal tread on your tyre. Although tyres are road-legal to 1.6mm, replacement at 3mm is recommended in order to maintain optimum performance and safety, therefore the first 3mm of tread is not counted.
The tread will be measured in the centre and on the edges of the tyre to ensure an accurate and consistent reading. If any measurements on the tyre are below 3mm, no credit will be given. The decision of the individual participating Kumho Tyre Dealer is final.
By looking at the table below you can see how the amount of remaining legal tread is converted to a percentage claim allowance. This allowance is then redeemed as a percentage discount against the current selling price of your new replacement Kumho tyre. The terms of this warranty require that the replacement tyre fitted is the same size as the original and is a Kumho brand product. Your old warranty leaflet along with the damaged tyre will be retained by the dealer and a new warranty leaflet will be issued to cover the new tyre.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE TO ANOTHER BRAND OF TYRE?
You cannot make a claim under this warranty if you wish to switch to another tyre brand. However, if your Kumho Tyre Dealer believes that your tyre may have failed due to a manufacturing fault rather than due to accidental damage, they will be more than happy to send it back to Kumho Tyre (UK) Ltd (KTUK) through the official tyre industry adjudication process.
Only after the adjudication process has been completed and a manufacturing fault found, will a percentage allowance be made based on the remaining legal tread on the tyre. You can then use this allowance to affect a discount against any replacement tyre brand you choose to purchase. KTUK’s decision will be final.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The warranty offer is made at the discretion of the participating Kumho Tyre Dealer and does not form part of any manufacturer offer from KTUK. Please note that not all Kumho Tyre Dealers may participate in this warranty. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and only applies to the original purchasing customer, upon presentation of the original invoice as proof of purchase.
1) At the time of a warranty claim, the tyre must still be road legal and have a minimum of 3.0mm tread across the full width of the tyre. If a punctured tyre can be safely repaired the guarantee cannot be invoked. This guarantee does not apply to tyres that have been maliciously damaged.
2) The tyre must have been balanced and had a new valve fitted at the time of purchase.
3) The warranty does not cover excessive or uneven wear caused by mechanical defects. We strongly advise that the wheel alignment is checked at the time of purchase and regularly thereafter, as this is the primary cause of excessive or uneven tyre wear. The participating Kumho Tyre Dealer’s decision is final.
4) The warranty only applies to the Kumho Tyre Car range of products however it does not apply to the Kumho Tyre Van or SUV/4x4 range of products. It is not available to taxis or vehicles used for private hire or by driving schools.
